Living Direct Core Values:
A little something extra. There’s a Cajun word for it: Lagniappe (pronounced “lan-yap”). It’s the extra donut in a baker’s dozen, it’s a quick vacuum when you get your car washed, it’s the little bit of nice that wasn’t part of the deal, but shows that we want to be friends with the customer. We strive to bring Lagniappe into everything we do. Living Direct has adopted ‘lagniappe’ as our company motto, our catch phrase, our gut check to see if the new products and services we are offering are up to the standards we set for always wanting to give a little extra, make the deal a little sweeter, have a better experience.
We’ve taken the Lagniappe into an acronym, and painted it all over the office:

We’d like to make it right, and we’d love to hear from you. Every customer has different needs and expectations. Some are shared: be treated with respect, receive quality service, buy trustworthy products. Other needs are unique, which is why we carry a wide range of products. Throughout it all, we want to give some Lagniappe: we want to go above and beyond on service, we want to give a little more, we want to amaze you.
